are lighthouses still useful
Is the lighthouse of Alexandria still up to visit?

I need to know if The Lighthouse of Alexandria is still up to visit, and where it is located? Can you PLEASE include some websites that are useful. Thanks!

It was destroyed in the thirteenth century because of a strong earthquake.
In its place we built a fortress in the fifteenth century using the same stones of the light house.
The fortress is beautiful, it is not far from the Alexandria port.
