Who didn't bolt down the lighthouse?
OK, which one of you forgot to nail the lighthouse to the ground? And, how did you move it from Mass. to Calif.? Checked luggage or carry-on?
MacNeney says she discovered correspondence that proved that the lighthouse, first erected in 1881, had been moved by the Coast Guard from Wellfleet to Yerba Buena, and eventually to Point Montara
There is no known documentation explaining how it was moved across the country, MacNeney said.
