What is the oldest building in Toronto, Canada?

Just want to know, and it is not the Cabbin or the Lighthouse

Hmmm ... very good question. You are saying that it is not the cabin (Scadding cabin, on the CNE grounds), and it was built in 1794. If not the cabin, then I don't know what it would be, although this list shows Scadding as the oldest of the remaining structures.

If not Scadding, St. James Cathedral is a close second. The current cathedral is the 4th structure on those grounds, with the original church built in 1797 (see attached).
