What's a nice Christmas gift for your boyfriend's parents?
I'm trying to get a head start on Christmas shopping and I'm trying to get some ideas together for my boyfriend's parents. I'm trying to keep in the $50-100 range.
They're in their 50's. His mom is a nurse. She likes lighthouses, chocolate, cats, and baking that I know of. His dad does something, he's hilarious like a grown kid. He likes candy... booze, Beagles, and eating. Oh and ice pops.
They just remodeled their deck, so I was thinking of plants, but it's gonna be too cold for them to be outside.
Then I was thinking of doing the good old restaurant gift card, but it's unoriginal. That's my fall back plan. So, any suggestions?

Oh! And his mom just started a sewing class, she was thinking of trying to quilt.
And do you think it would be weird if I made a stocking for their spoiled cat?
Take a basket and fill it with the things you mentioned. It will mean a lot because it shows that you know them and their interests.
For his mom I would put a small lighthouse, assorted chocolates, cat ornament, cook book, and a sewing book.
For his dad-A bunch of different candies, Booze, Beagle ornament, and a gift card to an all you can eat buffet restaurant.
For the cat I would do a stocking. I made a stocking for my MIL dog and she loved it. I filled it with dog toys and treats.
