What color is good for an ocean bedroom?
This is kind of a stupid question but I am finally able to have my dream room, which is an ocean style. YOU PROBABLY ARE ALL THINKING BLUE. Just so you know, blue is not an ocean color. It is the color of the sky. I want it to match my ocean stuff. I want lots of lighthouses and bouts and shells. I already have most of that but still now I'm confused about a color. Any ideas?
Btw I just want a simple room, no huge designs on my wall. BUT MAYBE, it depends, I'll do my walls different colors depends on the colors and whatever

& its ok to have a border. I HATE BLUE, and ... umm .. I love the darker unique colors like dark red and gold but i don't think that would work.

Perhaps dark green and/or dark browns. Look at the color of kelp and seaweed floating in the ocean. Since you like gold, you might want to try a shade of gold or a honey color that gives you the feel of the Sun at the beach or a sand color too.
