I mean really old, possibly from the '50s.

It starts with a man and a bleach-blonde woman in a lighthouse. The man pushes the woman off, into the ocean and it is implied she dies. He finds a piece of her jewlery washed up on the beach, and something happens with seaweed. Like he's attacked by seaweed or something.

Then he goes home to prepare for a wedding and is haunted by holographic images of her hand and hears her voice when no one else can. That's all I remember.

I think the man's name is George and the title is one word long. This may be inaccurately because I watched it a long time ago.
or his name was Tom.

Pianist Tom Stewart (Richard Carlson) has trouble dumping his ex-lover, Vi (Juli Reding), so he can marry a rich, young woman. While atop a lighthouse, Tom decides to tell Vi of his other affair. The lighthouse railing breaks, Vi hangs on to the broken rail, and Tom decides not to save her. That was a mistake, for now Vi's ghost–including assorted body parts–come back to keep her man.
