Does anybody know anything about a competition to do with lighthouses that took place in 1996/1997?

and there you`ll find a picture of some of the people who entered. Any information will do coz I`m doing a research project on it (don`t ask why the teacher picked this: I think he was in it), any websites I could go to or if the story that was in the paper with the picture on that website would be really helpful.

The only Lighthouse competition I could locate was about school students playing a Game from Sierra called lighthouse in which players paired off into teams to complete the game. ath following links are to the report of that competition and a place to aquire it.
