With so many meetings for employees, it is easy to feel tired and fatigued. I think there is a meeting of fatigue. Meetings predictable. the same process and same results. I wonder how much time is wasted in unproductive meetings. The situation is as follows. You have 30 minutes to present cultural change happens in organizations. This might help.
1. Offer new information.
Instead of copying what has been done in the past and simply reheated, offer new information. Assuming that is 30 minutes, try this. Ask the next five employees you see and ask them five minutes of your time. You can go well. I am really at an impasse and need your help, you help me? This is what I need ... in the next two to five minutes to think about things that are new to our culture change. OK, now has 25 observations in 2 minutes. Ask each party to most of its own. Then ask the story behind the change. If you want a homerun, to invite one of its employees invited to share the story at the meeting. You have new information, vegetables so fresh and new.
2. Tell your secrets.
The meeting open. The boss invites you to share what is happening that is new. You begin to share ... smile. Share your story of five employees 30 minutes earlier. Tell how the information is new. 3. Who is interactive.

Be creative with a positive question, which leads to a good end. Make sure that you have described ... new information, assistance in secret, and enjoy the interaction.
