The General strategy is to gain a card advantage through the many draw instants.any suggestions as to what I should take out or add in.
Alright Jim, first things first. You said your deck wants to gain card advantage right? well, lets look at some good cards for you to use to gain that advantage. (you already have some of these in there)
DIVNATION
SEE BEYOND
PREORDAIN
FORSEE
WALL OF OMENS
SPREADING SEAS
MIND SPRING
These are only a few...
Now, you have all these cards in your hand but no real end game stratagy other than ulamog. I dont suggest using him in your deck as a finisher due to his high mana cost and your lack of mana ramping, but there are many other ways to end the game too!
You could use Serra Angel and other flyers. they have less mana cost and still pose a threat on the field. I would suggest tossing out the levelers for a couple of good flyers instead (such as Baneslayer Angel - EXPENSIVE)
Now, you have all your cards in hand and are about to play your flyers, but no matter how many you play, your opponent keeps killing them. Something you can do to stop that is to get some counter-spells!!! Spells like Cancel and Mana Leak can halt your opponents from casting their most powerful creatures, or prevent them from killing yours! 
Now lets look at some cards that you should cut and why.
ARCHIVE TRAP - This card is a mill card (puts deck in graveyard), this isnt useful in your decks winning strategy
ULAMOGS CRUSHER - sure, hes a big dude, but he also must attack every turn and that can get him killed to any creature that has deathtouch.
Okay, okay. So all i have done is told you the bad stuff and what is good, right? Well, i think i should point out some good cards you have there!

Lastly, you have no ways to deal with your opponents creatures, so i will suggest some cards to help you deal with them.
