Does the sunglass man still ply his trade on Kovalam beach?
Is the little guy covered in sunglasses still selling them on the fantastic Lighthouse beach in Kovalam, Kerela? Had a wonderful holiday there in 1997 and had a great taxi driver, Ashok, who did a great three day tour for the amazing price of £80! Anybody else agree Kerela is truly fascinating with friendly people and bargain prices?
yes..he is..I went there for 4 times and he was there EVERY time..till 2 yrs ago,that was last time I went.& yes Ashok is still plying his trade. I think its a marvellouse place,but I try not to tell too many people,cos dont want it to get too crowded & commercialised., Email and lets chat about it?
