Mothers always rise early to bed but never goes to sleep early, the focus of every family, her chores never end(cleaning, children, husband etc) her eyes dont miss a thing( eagle) decorates the home in lovely things?( decorations based on family history or theme, special time intended for these chores?), always has love for her family, always nice and giving, kids call her mother. ( meaning the poem is talking about a mother.) hope it helped, it was my rough interp. =)
