What is the best hiking trail in Split Rock Lighthouse State Park? Also any must hike trails in North shore?
Going camping to split rock lighthouse state park with a friend of mine. Looking to do some hiking. Any trails anyone can recommend in the park or in the area? We are looking for 1-4 hr hikes. Thanks.

Perfect Portugal
Nestled in the heart of the Portuguese Algarve, Cabanas is a small fishing village in the locality of Tavira.

The smell of the orange grove is sweet and calming, and the main portion of this welcoming village looks out towards the Ria Formosa; a picturesque view accessible from the majority of the cafés and bars along the front.
At the waterline you see men here and there with little fishing boats; hop on one of these and take a two minute boat ride across to the island. As you walk over the crest of the hill you see the vast expansion of white sandy beach, with the waves of the azure blue sea crashing at the sand. Spotted along the coastline are jetties with pretty little lighthouses, now unused but once a vital part of seafare along this rocky coast. Dont forget your Travel Insurance for the instance that you tread upon a sharp rock on the sand.
At night the town picks up and locals gather in the cafes, sipping espresso and debating their days. Visit the restraunts on the main strip for local produce; vegetables, fresh fruit and fish from the days catch. The friendly locals invite you to sit with them and drip caprianha, the local cocktail of choice.
Spend a week in this beautiful village and you will never want to leave.
I would recommend staying at the beautiful Casa La Jokada, a three bedroom villa, great for families, run by a lovely English couple. You wont find better in Cabanas, and its an easy walk to the town, with great access to Faro. Flights to Faro can cost you as little as £30 return depending on season. What are you waiting for?
