HELP!!! I broke my dad's trivet(hot pad/coaster), and I need help finding one exactly like it.?
My dad had this trivet(hot pad/coaster) that he used as a coaster for drinks on his computer desk. when I picked up my headphones, the cord got caught underneath the corner of it and it fell off and cracked in four places. The trivet has a painting of some North Carolina Lighthouses on it. The painting was done by Ronald Williams. I found the painting on his website at "ronaldwilliamsart.com" but I can't find the trivet anywhere online. You will have to go to his website to find it. The painting is called "N.C. Lighthouses". The trivet is 6" by 6" in size. Superglue won't work at all for some reason, I've tried that a couple times. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
Gorrilla glue - just use very little of it as it will expand.
Oh yea - perhaps tell dad first so that he can help fix it. I'd be upset at my kids for not owning up to an accident and fixing it in the wrong way.
