does anyone know the name of a song or the artist to a video?

she was wlaking to or away from an old building or a lighthouse with a picture frame or somthing similar the song came out in about 1999-2000 i think she was also wearing a dark cloak or a dark long jacket.i cant remember anything else but i have tht bit of the clip stuck in my head so if anyone has an idea as to what it could be it would be great. thanks
