What would be the consequences of trespassing on a US Coast Guard lighthouse?
If a civilian were to trespass on US Coast Guard lighthouse or light station, what would they be charged with? Who would sentence them, and with what? (Writing a story- have many lighthouse-related questions.)
I know some lighthouses are open to tourists, or are privately owned. I am wondering about Coast Guard operated (or possibly state-run?) If a civilian were to trespass on US Coast Guard lighthouse or light station, what would they be charged with? Who would sentence them, and with what?
